Mary Rose is a New Zealand variety from the 20th century. A very pretty, bright red apple with a flat shape. It is sweet, crisp and juicy. This is an Ingrid Marie seedling--the best from seedlings raised by a Dane using pips he brought from his homeland in the last century. It is early mid-season.
